Shipping and Delivery

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, especially for you, after the order is placed.
For jewelry that appears to be in stock, we already have the materials and parts ready to be assembled and finished, so the jewelry will be shipped within 1 – 3 days after receiving the order.

For jewelry available for pre-order, the production time is between 5–14 days (depending on complexity). After receiving the order, we analyze the material stocks and, if necessary, find out from suppliers how long it takes to receive the necessary materials. Then we will contact you by e-mail to let you know the execution time.

Delivery by courier in Romania takes 1-2 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the package leaves the workshop.

Yes, we ship internationally, collaborating with trusted courier partners (FedEx, UPS)

For countries outside the EU, customs duties and VAT may apply at the destination (paid by the recipient).

For the United States of America, due to the unpredictability of the taxation system and as a result of problems reported by courier companies, we cannot currently assume deliveries.

Payment

Bank card, on-demand bank transfer, payment on delivery only for pickup from our workshop.

Absolutely safe. Payment is made through certified platforms. We never store your card details.

Materials & Care

We use 925 silver (sterling silver), 14k gold, or 18k natural semi-precious stones, cultured pearls, and resin.

Because we take care of the entire design and execution, we are not limited by material constraints.
If you want a piece made of a different material than is presented on the site, you can contact us to discuss the available options, completion time, and price.

Avoid contact with perfume, cream, cleaning products and chlorinated water
Store them in their boxes, as little as possible in contact with the air (when you are not wearing them, of course)
Clean them gently with a soft cloth
Contact us from time to time for a professional cleaning (free for our jewelry)

Personalization & Special Orders

Sure! Most of our models can be customized. Write to us on WhatsApp or e-mail what you would like to be a little different than we thought it would be and we will make you a proposal + offer in maximum 48h.

Yes! We love challenges! Send us an e-mail or call us to tell us what jewelry you dreamed of. Every time we’ve done this, the result has far exceeded everyone’s expectations. Including ours.

Returns & Warranty

Yes, you have 14 days to return the item from the moment you receive the package. We love what we do and we want you to love the jewelry you bought. If we don’t match… no worries. You can send the jewelry back to us in its original packaging, without any signs of wear/damage. Customized jewelry and/or special orders cannot be returned.

Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (welds, fasteners, etc.). If something happens through our fault, we will repair or remake the jewelry free of charge.

Yes. Comfort is an essential component of our design process.
We pay close attention to the weight, balance, and safety of the construction, so that each piece is natural and stable throughout the day. Of course, if you are not comfortable wearing a piece of our jewelry, you can return it within the specified time.

Silver feels best when you wear it. Forgotten in a box, it will oxidize faster. But it would be best to pay us a visit, or you can bring them to the workshop for a spa session. We will return them to you like new.

Yes. All Icrushenko pieces are designed and handmade in our workshop, from the first sketches to the final finish. We work in small series or create unique pieces, with full control over quality and materials

All pieces are designed and made by Icrushenko founders, Monica Iacovenco and jeweler Icruș Florea. We are both involved in both design and execution, from concept to finish.

Yes, each order comes in a premium rigid cardboard box, with a certificate of authenticity and a care card.

Yes! We have digital and physical gift cards of 200 and 500 lei, valid for 12 months.

Because each piece is 100% handmade, in limited or unique edition, from premium materials, with great attention to detail. You don’t pay for a robot that produces 10,000 perfect pieces, nor a few grams of a precious material. You pay a bit of talent, the inspiration to create a piece of jewelry that conveys something, sanded fingers and nights haunted by new ideas, for which we can’t wait for a new day to come.
